"Adopt a Pony" Program

Have you fallen in love with one of their police, prison, search & rescue, border patrol or even their police surrogate broodmare rescues and feel the need to call one of them "your own"? Lord knows they understand what it is like to have those big beautiful eyes pull at your heart strings.

Have you ever heard of "owning a share of a race horse"? Well, this program is similar but with no winnings, LOL! BLP came up with this "level of donation" for the wonderful people that want to adopt a "share" of pony. YES, they have a financial goal. Their wish is to have at least 12 generous people donate in the "Adopt a Pony" program per year. The impact that amount of guaranteed financial support per year would be a game changer! The more "share holders" the better!

Please make note that this beautiful sorrel and white Quarter Horse Paint, Ashling Joan, was the very first horse The Hills rescued. They saved her from an Arkansas kill pen just 4 days before slaughter. She was purchased with The Hill's personal money so she is not a an official part of the "Adopt a Pony" program but all of the others ARE! That being said, she is a favorite of one of my friends, Cindy (Aunt Cindy to Ashling) and to one of our volunteer's young daughter, who we have nicknamed "THING 2". They have both "adopted" Ashling as their own and we welcome that love.

All you have to do is donate $1500 to Blue Line Ponies and make sure to let them know which rescued career service horse will have your special attention for a year! This unique gift is a great opportunity to connect with a horse and follow their journey at Blue Line Ponies.

"Adopt a Pony" Program:

They encourage you to get involved from an armchair like post photos, share stories that resonate with you, and spread the word for others to get involved.
Meet and Greet! Schedule a visit to come visit your adopted pony! You can even groom, bathe, and give them treats!
Each year you will receive a special gift from your pony!!! It could be special holiday images, pictures painted by your pony (hoof and/or tail painting), ornaments, cards w envelopes, Post It note pads, hat, calendar, mug, etc!
From time to time you will get a LIVE VIDEO (usually Facebook messenger video) call on location so you can see and connect with your "Title" horse. If you are not available, BLP will make a special video JUST FOR YOU, post on YouTube (under unlisted) and send you the link. You can watch and share as you like.
We are not done yet! They will also have a beautiful 8 inch black metal art sign custom engraved as a recognition for adopting a BLP. You get to pick the name on the plaque. Blue Line Ponies has a a 16 foot gate that is the PERFECT place to hang your personalized metal art on location. It is front and center and they could not be prouder to showcase. Each year that you are in the "Adopt a Pony" Program, you get to pick another name for another custom engraved metal art sign. Let's fill that fence up with metal art signs from personal donations, memorial donations, corporate donations, club donations and MORE.
